1) Digital Products & WHMCS Addons
- All WHMCS Addons, Plugins, Modules, Scripts, and Software sold on HostingOpinion.com are considered digital goods.
- Once a product is purchased, activated, or downloaded, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
- Due to the digital and licensable nature of our addons, no refund or credit will be issued for:
- Incorrect product selection
- Installation errors or configuration issues on your end
- Server incompatibility or missing dependencies
- Unsupported or nulled WHMCS versions
- Change of mind, business closure, or discontinued usage
- License verification and callback systems are essential parts of our products and cannot be removed or altered.
2) Pro / Premium Listings & Subscriptions
- All Pro and Premium company listings are prepaid, non-refundable marketing services.
- Once your listing is activated or published, payment is non-reversible, regardless of duration or visibility period.
- Upgrades, renewals, or extensions to Premium status are also non-refundable.
3) Sponsored Placements & Advertising
- Sponsored or Featured placements (homepage banners, category top spots, newsletter slots, etc.) are paid promotions and non-refundable once the campaign period begins.
- If a campaign cannot launch due to our internal issue, we may offer a reschedule or account credit at our discretion — not a refund.
4) Badges & Verification Fees
- Badge purchases (e.g., Verified, Top Rated, Editor’s Choice) or verification fees are non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of subsequent status changes, expiry, or revocation due to non-compliance.
5) Coupons & Affiliate Offers
- We do not sell coupons directly — they are provided by third-party merchants or affiliates.
- HostingOpinion.com holds no responsibility for coupon validity, merchant pricing, or refunds related to coupon usage.
6) Technical Support & Bug Fixes
- Technical support is included with your active license or subscription for the defined support period.
- If a product issue arises, our team will make reasonable efforts to fix it — however, refunds are never issued as a resolution.
- Failure to provide requested access details (e.g., WHMCS admin login, cPanel, logs) for debugging voids any service guarantee.
7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after purchasing a digital product or listing will immediately terminate your license, account access, and support privileges.
- We reserve the right to share fraudulent or abusive dispute data with payment processors or other providers to prevent further misuse.
8) Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
- In extremely rare cases (e.g., duplicate payment or accidental double order within 24 hours), we may issue a refund after verification.
- Such exceptions are solely at our discretion and require proof of transaction.
